I have been making these rare hard to find solid wood frames for many years now and many have been purchased for display in homes, restaurants, nature centers and art displays throughout the country due to the natural rustic simplistic look of the frames that do not take away from the item being mounted..
Frame is custom made of 100% solid rustic wood with a dark ebony stained finish.
These are great custom framed items for any home, restaurant or sports bar decor.
Deep profile frame listed has a large total size of 12" x 22" x 1 1/2" deep x 3/4" front with complete original San Francisco Chronicle Front Page Section A (GOLDEN DYNASTY) dated Saturday 6/9/18 mounted and included with purchase. Frame features thick Acrylic with acid free foam board backing. The cedar flat Shaker style front of frame is 1 1/2" deep and 3/4" front.
No hardware is needed to hang this deep profile frame - position and level on wall, draw a pencil line at top of frame on wall, add two nails and hang.
Frame has a dark ebony stained finish with no sealers added to bring out the natural characteristics of the solid wood. No two frames are identical in texture due to the natural characteristics of the solid wood used. Texture of frame may vary from pictures shown due to the natural characteristics of the wood used. The natural wood can have up to 4 different shades when staining is applied. All of the natural imperfections of the wood is left in to add to the rustic appearance of the frame. Please note that newspaper mounted are original and are not perfect as photo copies or reproductions would be. All original newspapers can have press folds, press wrinkles and some color variations due to the printing presses used.
