I have been making these rare hard to find solid cedar frames for many years now and many have been purchased for display in homes, restaurants, nature centers and art displays throughout the country due to the natural rustic simplistic look of the frames that do not take away from the item being mounted..
Frame is custom made of 100% solid rustic cedar with a light oak finish.
This is a great custom framed item for any man cave, home, restaurant or sports bar decor.
Deep profile frame listed has a total size of 11.5" x 13" x 3/4" x 1 1/2" with a complete original ESPN Magazine dated April 1, 2013, with Cincinnati Reds Joey Votto cover, mounted and included with purchase. Frame features thick 1/8" Acrylic with acid free foam board backing. The cedar flat Shaker style front of frame is 1 1/2" deep and 3/4" front.
No hardware needed for hanging with this deep profile frame. Display on shelf or hang on wall (level frame on wall, draw line at top of frame, add two nails and hang).
Frame has a light oak finish with no sealers added to bring out the natural characteristics of the solid cedar used in construction of frame. No two cedar frames are identical in texture due to the natural characteristics of the solid cedar used. Texture of frame may vary from pictures shown due to the natural characteristics of the cedar used. The natural solid cedar can have up to 4 different shades when staining is applied. All the natural imperfections of the wood is left in to add to the rustic appearance of the cedar.
