I have been making these rare hard to find solid wood frames for many years now and many have been purchased for display in homes, restaurants, nature centers and art displays throughout the country due to the natural rustic simplistic look of the frames that do not take away from the item being mounted..
Frame is custom made of 100% solid rustic wood with a dark ebony stained finish.
This is a great custom framed item for any man cave, home, restaurant or sports bar decor.
Frame listed has a total size of 12" x 12" x 1 1/2" deep x 3/4" front with complete original Chicago Sun Times Edition (REFILL) dated Tuesday June 25, 2013 front page displayed and included with purchase. Frame features thick 1/8" Acrylic with acid free foam board backing.
The cedar flat Shaker style front of frames are 1 1/2" deep and 3/4" front.
No hardware is needed to hang this deep profile frame - position and level on wall, draw a pencil line at top of frame on wall, add 2 nails and hang.
Deep profile frames have a dark ebony stained finish with no sealers added to bring out the natural characteristics of the solid wood used. No two frames are identical in texture due to the natural characteristics of the solid wood used. Texture of frame may vary from pictures shown due to the natural characteristics of the wood used. The natural solid rustic wood can have up to 4 different shades when staining is applied. All the natural imperfections of the wood is left in to add to the rustic appearance of the frame.
